Microsoft Released for Window 10's Latest UpdateTime: Nov. 14, 2019
Microsoft started this week with the introduction of its Windows 10 update in November 2019 and updated Windows 10 to version 1909. Although smaller, this update includes a number of features and improvements.
The Windows 10 1909 update brings "general improvements in battery life and energy efficiency for PCs with specific processors," says Microsoft's release note. The update also adds a "rotation strategy" to better distribute work in your processor's preferred cores.
For user-related updates, the Windows 10 update of November 10, 2010 offers some excellent features. When you're done with Cortana, but just like talking to your computer, you can now activate third-party digital assistants from the lock screen.
This update also improves some notifications. You can now disable notifications for an application or website directly from the notification banner. Updates also provide easier access to notification settings in general. You can also create calendar events directly from the Calendar drop-down list on the taskbar simply by selecting a date and starting to enter.
The search field in Windows 10 File Explorer is also updated. The field now uses Windows Search to search for files. The box is wider and can be integrated with OneDrive.
As of Windows 10 1909, Microsoft Narrator discovers where the FN key is on your keyboard and controls whether it is locked or not.
A number of improvements for companies and equipment manufacturers are also included in the update. These are mostly invisible to the everyday user. Windows 10 oem key can now reduce device-based color latency instead of using the default operating system latency. Key rotation / rotation improves password recovery for BitLocker devices. The update provides additional debugging features for the new Intel processors.
